Description: This is a free divorce clinic for persons seeking to obtain an uncontested divorce. Attorney volunteers will provide an overview of divorce law and procedure in Colorado. You can also ask questions on how to fill out and file your own paperwork.
Please obtain forms for Dissolution of Marriage or Legal Separation prior to attending the clinic. These forms can be purchased at the Clerk's Office on the First Floor of the Justice Center. You can also download the forms at no charge at www.courts.state.co.us "Self Help Center".
Advance registration is not required, and there are no income eligibility requirements. The clinic will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m.
This clinic is a public service of the Adams/Broomfield Bar Association. The clinic is for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for hiring an attorney.

Description: The University of Denver Graduate Tax Program Low Income Taxpayer Clinic represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in audit, appeals, and collection issues, and federal tax litigation. Representation is free or for a nominal charge. Students who are studying for their Master's in Taxation perform services for clients under the supervision of the Director of the Graduate Tax Program and a supervising attorney, a former Chief Counsel trial attorney. The clinic receives partial funding from the government and relies on contributions to enable it to perform all of its services. The clinic is completely independent of and not associated with the IRS.
